Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, milling, grinding, and other machining processes
• Operate additional equipment including band saws, surface grinders, and honing machines
• Develop and edit CAD/CAM programs for machining processes
• Load raw materials and parts into machines
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Support other departments as needed

Pay: $21.63 – $30.00/hour (DOE) Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (Overtime available) Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Frequency: Weekly Liberty Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a growing manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. If you have hands-on experience with CNC equipment and understand how to read blueprints and run programs, this is a solid opportunity with long-term potential.

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, milling, grinding, and other machining processes

• Ability to cross-train in other departments
