Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years experience operating CNC machining centers or technical school equivalent.
• Educated in mathematics.
• Knowledge of Geometric Tolerance.
• Educated in occupational hazards and required safety precautions.
• High school graduate diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assign workers to workstations to meet production requirements.
• Monitor production and adjust work assignments and material supply.
• Confer with supervisor for instructions and production information.
• Perform duties of operators to maintain production.
• Prepare parts by deburring, sanding or cleaning for fixture placement.
• Report errors in production to supervisor.
