Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating and setting up CNC machines, including programming and editing CNC programs for mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with machining measurements, basic mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to collaborate and learn.

Responsibilities

• Program, edit, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture high-quality precision components.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, machining parameters, and GD&T standards to plan machining processes.
• Verify part quality through inspections, first-piece checks, and precision measurements.
• Troubleshoot machining processes, optimize machine performance, adjust tooling and programs as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment and communicate across shifts.
