Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis, LLC in Euclid, OH seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to join the Bearings, Seals & Hydraulics Division. This hands-on role supports power generation repair services in a busy facility.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC tools, reading blueprints, selecting tooling, adjusting speeds/feeds, and inspecting parts with precision metrology. Requires 2–5 years CNC experience and Lean/6S familiarity.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2–5 years CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documents.
Proficiency with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, tape measures).
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 6S safety practices.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts.
Calculate dimensions and tolerances using shop math and precision measuring instruments.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.
Install and align tooling, fixtures, and materials on machines.
Select appropriate cutting tools, machines, and materials for operations.
Modify CNC programs to optimize machining performance.
Load, retrieve, and manage part programs and machine data.
Monitor machining operations and adjust speeds/feeds as needed.
Inspect finished components with precision measuring equipment.
Record operational and production data accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support other shop operations as needed.
