Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a production machine shop.
• 4+ years’ experience setting up lathes and/or mills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of products to ensure accuracy.
• Set up and run pre-proven programs.
• Analyze and improve chip control, tool life, and cycle times.
• Analyze information and find the best solutions to problems.
• Help team members figure out solutions.
• Keep the work environment safe, clean and organized.
• Learn and apply the latest relevant knowledge to the work.
