Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Willing to travel as required and/or directed.
• Eligible for discretionary bonus based on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Install tooling on CNC equipment and machine parts to exact tolerances.
• Follow instructions and diagrams for fixtures, tooling setup, and operation sequence.
• Select and load part programs for machine runs.
• Maintain accurate ERP system transactions and records.
• Make adjustments to equipment and programs as needed to ensure quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints to verify conformance to specifications.
• Train other employees and assist in other departments as required.
