Fathom Mfg in Round Rock, TX is seeking a CNC Machinist for full-time, hands-on work operating CNC vertical machining centers and horizontal lathes. You will conduct MDI programming, read 2‑D drawings, and inspect parts with gauges to ensure quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (GED acceptable) with 3+ years of experience or an associate degree, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Benefits included.

Responsabilités

• Setup and operation of CNC vertical machining centers.
• Setup and operation of horizontal lathes.
• MDI programming using GD&T and reading 2-D drawings.
• Inspect parts using manual gauges and instruments.
• Monitor and inspect parts through machining process.
• Follow quality and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing events.
