Job summary

D&J Precision Machine, a Burnout Brands Company, is seeking a skilled CNC Technician for its Cambridge, Ohio location. The role focuses on setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to manufacture engine components with strict tolerances.

Candidates should read technical drawings, interpret CAM data, and ensure quality through precise measurement and inspection. Based onsite, the position offers an hourly rate of $25.00–$27.00 and benefits after the waiting period, including

Qualifications

Proven experience setting up and operating CNC machines (milling/turning/multi-axis).
Experience with CNC programming using G-code/M-code.
Ability to read blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts per specs.
Interpret blueprints and CAM files to determine machining requirements.
Load/unload material, secure workpieces, and select tools, speeds, and feeds.
Program machines and adjust settings to meet tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot to prevent downtime.
Inspect finished parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
