Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Load programs, install tooling, and set work offsets.
• Read blueprints and interpret work instructions.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and supervisors to improve processes.
