Associated Staffing Inc. is hiring a CNC Machinist / Operator for a Hastings, NE manufacturing facility. The role involves operating CNC equipment to produce precision components, with a $20.00–$26.00 per hour pay range based on experience and a four-day workweek with overtime on Fridays.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available upon permanent hire. Previous CNC experience is preferred but not required, and an Associate Degree in CNC Machining or related field is encouraged as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent training.
• Experience preferred but training available.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to specifications.
• Load materials, monitor machining operations and ensure accurate production.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures and other tools.
• Monitor product quality and identify machining issues.
• Maintain CNC equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to meet specs and goals.
