Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking experienced CNC Machinists/Operators for full-time 2nd and 3rd shift. You will set up and run Swiss-type and Hydromat equipment on high-volume production lines, manufacturing precision components for automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.

Ideal candidates have proven CNC machining experience, strong math skills, safety-conscious mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Swiss-type, Hydromat, or similar CNC machines is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; trigonometry knowledge is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
