Job summary

AtWork Personnel is hiring an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator for the Fort Worth, TX area. The role focuses on setting up and operating CNC brake press machinery to meet production specifications, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of CNC operation experience, proficiency reading blueprints, and precision measurement with calipers and micrometers. Day shift, Monday–Friday, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of CNC machine operating experience, preferably with press brake equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Ability to accurately use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Follow safety procedures and work independently

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC brake press machines safely and efficiently
• Read blueprints and determine proper machine settings, tooling, and bend sequences
• Load materials and operate machinery according to production specifications
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

Requirements
