Job summary

Advance CNC Machining in Grove City, OH seeks skilled CNC Machinists for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thurs 4:00 pm–2:30 am). Pay up to $35/hour DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to work on high-precision parts for diverse industries.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, operating Makino 4–5 axis centers, tool changes and offsets, and performing precise inspections with CMM and calipers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings and CMM data (GD&T).
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with programmers, inspectors and machinists.

Responsibilities

• Load materials, secure workpieces, change tools, and set offsets for accurate machining.

• Review CMM reports to verify dimensional accuracy and complete inspection/workflow records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Advance CNC Machining – 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs 4:00 pm-2:30 am)

What You’ll Do

Asourexperienced CNC Machinist,you’llbring technical designs to life with a desire to provide precise craftsmanship- while modeling the accountability, commitment, and humility that define our culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand part geometry, features, and tolerances.
• Operating multiple Makino 4 & 5-Axis CNC milling machine centers, many with the help of automation.
• Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, changing tools, and making offsetsfor efficient andaccuratemachining.
• Inspecting and measuring finished partsusing calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other precision tools.
• Reviewing and understanding CMM reportsto verify dimensional accuracy.
• Completing inspection and production reportsto ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Excellent communication skills — able to collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists.
• A proactive,self‑driven work style with the ability to complete taskswith minimaldirection.
• Experience operating 4-5 axis Makino machines is a strong plus.
