The role requires 3–6 months of related experience or training, ability to read precise measuring instruments, and to edit programs with minimal programmer assistance. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to calculate figures and measurements.
• Must read precise measuring instruments and operate handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load tools in machine and run test cuts.
• Adjust machine settings according to blueprints.
• Check and change tooling as needed.
• Maintain lubrication, coolant levels, and chip removal.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks.
