Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00/hour (based on experience)
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 4x10s (Monday–Thursday)
• 2nd Shift: 4x10s (Monday–Thursday) + 10% shift differential
• Weekend Shift: 3x12s (Friday–Sunday) + 15% shift differential
• Overtime: As needed
• Experience Level: Mid-level (2+ years CNC machining)

As part of a global medical device manufacturer, CNC Machinists in this role are critical to producing high-precision, life-enhancing medical components with consistency, quality, and care.

The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate CNC equipment for precision medical components
• Load parts, run jobs, and make adjustments to offsets and tooling as needed
• Hold tight tolerances and ensure dimensional accuracy throughout production
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make corrections to maintain quality
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and follow safe work practices
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily production and quality goals

Machines, Controls & Technology

You’ll work with advanced CNC equipment, including:

• Machines:
  • 5-Axis CNC Mill Turn (Mazak integtrex)
  • 4-Axis Mills (Matsuura)
  • 3-axis Robodrills
  • Swiss-type lathes - Star, Tsugami, Citizen
  • Wire EDM
• Inspection Tools:
  • Micrometers, calipers, gauges
  • Blueprint & GD&T interpretation

Materials You’ll Work With

• Medical-grade metals
• Small, high-precision components
  (Exact materials vary by program and product line)

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong part inspection experience
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
• Experience working with tight tolerances and precision parts
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-minded

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with Mill Turn machine, 3-5 axis mills, or Swiss machines
• Medical device manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00/hour (DOE)
Shift Differentials:

• 2nd Shift: +10%
• Weekend Shift: +15%
