Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) seeks an experienced CNC Machinist in Charleroi, PA to set up, program, and operate multi-axis CNC machines, producing precision components per engineering drawings and customer specs.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with CNC lathes and mills, quality inspection, machine setup, troubleshooting, and a commitment to safety and organized, high-quality work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Experience with API threads preferred.
• Previous quality control inspection and precision measurement experience preferred.
• Valid driver''s license required.
• Proficiency operating Okuma Multus B400 and Okuma Multus 750 CNC lathes.
• Experience operating Okuma MU500 CNC mills.
• Strong knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce precision components.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, tool changes, and tool management.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment to verify quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make programming or process adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate a forklift as needed after successful certification.
• Assist in training or mentoring less experienced machinists when appropriate.
• Complete additional shop duties and projects as assigned.
