Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills or lathes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes (Hermle, DMG Mori, Okuma, Sodick).
• Work from blueprints and tight-tolerance specifications.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments to optimize performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
