Helios-Technologies-5 is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate CNC Mills or Lathes to produce precision components, reading blueprints and GD&T to ensure tight tolerances.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, strong measuring skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision on a fast-paced shop floor. We offer comprehensive benefits and shift options.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T.
• Strong machining knowledge: cutting tools, feeds and speeds.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• 2+ years experience operating CNC Mills, Lathes, or both.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC Mills or Lathes to machine parts to specification.
• Read blueprints and GD&T, and work instructions.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part accuracy.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Perform basic program edits on CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, or similar).
• Maintain 5S workplace and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production.
