Job summary

SIM Surgical, Inc. is seeking skilled CNC machinists to operate Haas Mills in our climate controlled Missouri facility. We offer 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts with 4 x 10-hour DAY shifts on 1st.

Responsibilities include setting up and running CNC Haas Mills, reading blueprints, and using precision tools to meet tight tolerances. Training is available for motivated candidates with basic machining experience.

• Clear communication with team to ensure safe, efficient production.

Hello machinists! Are you tired of working in hot, dark, dirty shops on out-dated machines?

Sim Surgical is seeking CNC Machinists in our Mills and Lathes Departments for 1st shift, 2nd shift, and Weekend Shift.

Available Shifts:
1st: Monday-Thursday - 5 am-3:30 pm (4 x 10-hour DAY shifts)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operateCNC HaasMills to finish parts or prepare for next operation.
• Work from blueprints, part prints, drawings, and verbal instructions.
• Use precision tools and instruments.
• Capable of working to tight tolerances.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition; follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prefer 1-3 years’ experience with Set-up and operation ofCNC Machines, but will train.
• Possess strong math skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers including decimals and fractions. Simple reference use of formulas, charts, shop prints, specifications and computer scanning devices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
• Experience with Haas, Okuma, or Tsugami Swiss machines would be beneficial but not required.
