We are currently seeking a talented CNC Mill, Lathe, or EDM Programmer & Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality part production, while continuously learning and growing alongside a skilled team of machinists.

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will ideally have:

1. 5+ years of experience in a job shop environment, making parts to exacting standards.
2. Expertise in programming and setting up CNC machines.
3. Experience with SolidCam or Solidworks is a plus, but not a requirement.
4. Ability to perform and/or direct machine setups, prove out first parts, and use basic inspection tools.
5. Capability to modify programs for optimum efficiency and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
6. Strong attention to detail for part inspection and program verification.
7. A passion for innovation, learning, and sharing new practices with the team.
8. A strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to being part of the solution.
9. A team-oriented, hands-on, and resourceful approach to challenges.
