Job summary

The Blue Collar Recruiter - Marietta in Winston, GA is seeking a CNC Mill and Lathe Manual Machinist. Responsibilities include setting up Mazak machines with live tooling and Mazatrol programming, plus Haas machines. Day or night shifts are available for a commutable distance to Winston.

You will machine and fabricate components, inspect quality, and maintain shop safety and tooling inventories. The ideal candidate demonstrates analytical thinking, problem solving, and strong technical skills,

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for production components.
• Machine/fabricate standard and special components.
• Continuous inspection of components while in process.
• Complete secondary operations as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following safety standards.
• Complete machinery maintenance and repairs as required.
• Responsible for stock of all shop tooling.
• Record notations of updates or changes to drawings.
• Ensure production schedule and ship dates are met.
• Inform management of potential problems and contribute solutions; supervise training when necessary.
