NETZSCH Pumps USA in Exton, PA seeks a motivated CNC Machinist for 1st shift to operate and program Mazak mill/turns using Mazatrol, plus CNC Saw and manual equipment.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing quality checks, debugging issues, maintaining tools, and collaborating to improve production efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years of CNC experience, live tooling, and a solid eye for precision; we offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification preferred.
• At least 3 years setting up and operating CNC lathes with live tooling.
• Experience with 4- and 5-axis mill/turn machines and Mazak machinery preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet tolerances and specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and related equipment.
