Job summary

Accessible Technologies, Inc. is hiring a CNC Machinist to support our Mazak mills in a clean, climate-controlled shop. The role focuses on setup, programming, and operation of Mazak CNC milling machines, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and on-time production.

This full-time, on-site position offers 2nd shift (2:00pm–12:00am), competitive hourly pay based on experience, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CNC milling experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines (Mazak required).
• Perform part setups, tool changes, and in-process inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerances.
• Work closely with senior machinists, programmers, engineering, and quality teams.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts to resolve issues quickly.
• Maximize efficiency through proper setups and smooth transitions.
• Meet production rates, schedules, and quality standards.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What You’ll Do (CNC Machinist Responsibilities)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Mazatrol programming experience (3-, 4-, or 5-axis)
• Mastercam programming experience
• Experience in automotive or performance manufacturing

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site
• 2nd shift available(Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-12:00am)
• Occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends, as needed
