Job summary

Accessible Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support Mazak CNC mills in a clean, climate-controlled shop. Join a growing manufacturer behind ProCharger, delivering high-performance components for street and race applications.

This 2nd shift role offers competitive hourly pay and full benefits, with overtime opportunities. You will set up, program, and operate Mazak mills, read blueprints, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years CNC milling experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines (Mazak required).
• Perform part setups, tool changes, and in-process inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerances.
• Work closely with senior machinists, programmers, engineering, and quality teams.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts to resolve issues quickly.
• Maximize efficiency through proper setups and smooth transitions.
• Meet production rates, schedules, and quality standards.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Mazatrol programming experience (3-, 4-, or 5-axis)
• Mastercam programming experience
• Experience in automotive or performance manufacturing

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site
• 2nd shift available (Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-12:00am)
• Occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends, as needed
