Job summary

Bestbath Systems, Inc. in Caldwell, Idaho seeks a CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. You will program, set up, and operate 3-axis CNC machines to shape laminates, foam, MDF and fiberglass with tight tolerances.

You’ll read blueprints, CAD/CAM files, choose tools and speeds, perform basic maintenance, inspect parts, and collaborate with engineering to improve processes using lean practices. We offer employer-funded health benefits, a 4-day work week, PTO, a 401(k) match, and profit

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience in composites/woodworking, with 3-axis (5-axis a plus).
• Proficient in CAM programming and Mastercam or similar software.
• Reads blueprints and CAD/CAM files, understands GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 3-axis CNC machines for cutting/compositing materials.
• Read drawings and CAD/CAM files; create/optimize CNC programs.
• Select tools, feeds, and speeds; perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Collaborate with engineering and production; apply lean methods to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
