Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. in Bonner Springs, KS is seeking a CNC Machinist for a full-time, on-site role. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with competitive hourly pay and a focus on precise, efficient machining to meet customer specifications.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of related experience, strong math ability, and a keen eye for detail. A variety of CNC machines are used, and opportunities for OT and a solid benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to meet quality standards.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
