Job summary

Gage Bilt, Inc. is a Michigan-based manufacturer of rivet installation tools and accessories seeking an experienced CNC lathe technician. The role involves operating and programming CNC lathes, reading blueprints, and ensuring precision with calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.

You will support tooling, programming and setup, and overtime of 50–55 hours per week may be required. Machine maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 6+ years of experience preferred.
• Independently operate & program CNC lathes.
• Use standard measuring tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gages) to ensure accuracy.
• Accurately interpret blueprints and process drawings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of machining and technology.
• Assist with tooling, programming and setup.
• Work overtime (50-55 hours weekly as needed).
• Experience in machine maintenance is a plus.

Full-Time

Hours:

6:00AM - 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday. (2) Saturdays per month (5 hours)
