Jasper Engines & Transmissions in the United States is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist responsible for setup, programming, and operation of CNC mills and lathes. You will read blueprints, develop fixtures, and use precision tools to ensure parts meet exact specs.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and samples to Machining specs.
• Setup and program CNC machines for milling and turning operations.
• Operate CNC mills and lathes with precision and accuracy.
• Understand machine programming languages (G-code) and CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Develop fixtures and tooling processes for production.
• Read drawings and specs to produce parts to tolerances.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
