Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3+ years experience operating and programming CNC grinding machines.
• Strong knowledge of tool grinding principles and machining techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments for quality control.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC grinding machines to produce carbide cutting tools
• Set up machines, monitor production runs, and adjust parameters as needed
