Starting wage is $28.47 per hour with progression to $32.78, plus 7% second shift and 14% third shift differentials. This position offers a stable, safety‑focused manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years machining experience.
• Must read orders and work instructions.
• Must read and understand processes and drawings.
• Mechanical and mathematical skills required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and bend/lift as needed.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines and grinders.
• Follow documented process books for machine setup.
• Operate machines according to process sheets and instructions.
• Gage parts per process book using measuring tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
