Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years or older at time of application.
• Ability to provide US Person status (citizen or permanent resident).
• Experience using CNC lathe, milling machine and line boring equipment.
• Willing to pass drug screen and background check.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Safely rig equipment following OSHA requirements.
• Operate CNC lathe, milling machine and line boring equipment.
• Inspect work and initiate corrective actions.
• Support quality procedures within the department.
• Adhere to correct work procedures and meet daily goals.
• Contribute to productivity improvements and waste reduction.
• Maintain department equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area.
