• Updates set-up and tooling sheets and maintains VMC logbook for shift turnover.
• Supports zero-defect and right-the-first-time mindset.
• Inspects work with basic inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers).
• Provides suggestions to maximize machine shop efficiency.
• Maintains clean work area and adheres to 5S standards.
• Adjusts machine settings to meet specifications.
