ADP, Inc. in Greenville, OH, is seeking a CNC Machinist III for 2nd shift. You will train, set up, and operate CNC machining and grinding processes, ensuring safe operation and quality output.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, choosing tooling, loading programs, performing first-article inspections, and troubleshooting. You will hand off finished work to the next operators and monitor initial production runs.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of CNC machining and setup experience, including multi-axis machines.
• Strong ability to read engineering blueprints, schematics, and GD&T.
• Proficiency with machine controls (Fanuc or Mazak) to edit programs and troubleshoot errors.
• Solid shop math and precision measurement.
• Willingness to obtain first responder training and certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of company policies and safety practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Train and assist in setup and operation of CNC and manual tools.
• Prepare machines from blueprints and setup sheets.
• Install and align tooling and fixtures.
• Load CNC programs and adjust offsets.
• Perform first-article inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust as needed.
• Maintain equipment via cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Hand off running machines to operators and monitor production.
• Operate CNC equipment as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
