Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. in Mesa, AZ, seeks a skilled CNC Machinist III for 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). You will set up, program, and operate CNC equipment to produce precise parts, interpreting blueprints and specs while collaborating with engineering and quality teams.

Applicants should have 5+ years CNC experience, ERP proficiency, and strong math skills. Benefits start Day 1; $31–$34/hr; 401K and sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years CNC machining experience with blueprint reading.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work orders.
• Experience programming and editing CNC programs.
• Proficiency with ERP data entry and job tracking.
• Strong math skills including trigonometry.

Responsibilities

• Log labor time and production data in the ERP system.
• Interpret work orders, flow sheets and drawings for machining.
• Set up machines with tooling, fixtures and materials.
• Manage materials from staging areas per work order documentation.
• Upload/download CNC programs with programmers and engineers.
• Perform first article and final inspections for critical dimensions.
• Operate CNC machines to complete production with quality control.
• Conduct daily/scheduled inspections and adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
