Fathom Digital Manufacturing in Wisconsin is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate vertical machining centers and lathes in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. You will interpret 2-D drawings, perform MDI programming, and ensure GD&T standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in a relevant field or 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operation of CNC vertical machining centers.
• Setup and operation of horizontal lathes.
• MDI (Manual Data Input) programming.
• Inspection using manual gauges and instruments.
• Reading GD&T from 2-D drawings.
• Monitor and inspect the part throughout the machining process.
• Follow all quality and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to share information and solve technical issues.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing events.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and Operation of CNC vertical machining centers
• Setup and Operation of horizontal lathes
• MDI (Manual Data Input) programming, using

• Monitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process
• Observe all company quality and safety procedures
• Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues
