Position Details: Full-time CNC Machinist III, 1st shift (6:30am – 3:00pm), Monday – Friday, at our Kearny Mesa and El Cajon facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines (Lathe, Mill, VTL) to produce precision metal parts as per specifications.
  2. Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical documents to determine dimensions and tolerances.
  3. Monitor machine operation, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
  4. Ensure finished parts meet quality standards and specifications.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S procedures.
  6. Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and perform mathematical calculations related to machining.
  • Knowledge of CNC machines and controllers (Fanuc or Mazak).
  • Experience with measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
  • At least 4 years of CNC setup and operation experience.
