• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within specified tolerances following work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC Machinist work including progressive machining of various parts and metals with very close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets/adjustments for tooling wear.
• Ensure product quality by following OOQ standards and using measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance per daily machine checklist and PM schedule.
• Follow GMP/GDP and complete job routers/cards.
• Maintain safe practices to minimize risks to self and colleagues.
• Record activities on the job tracking system and support continuous improvement.
