Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years machining experience and be able to set up CNC machines.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints and determine dimensions.
• Experience with G codes and M codes and editing programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe/mill to perform machining operations per drawings.
• Edit speeds, feeds, and tool angles; deburr and degrease as needed.
• Measure parts with calipers, micrometers to verify tolerances.
• Train entry level machinists and maintain 6S workplace standards.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to supervisor.
