Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within tolerances per work instructions.
• Perform difficult CNC work including progressive machining of various parts and metals.
• Change dull tooling and adjust offsets for wear.
• Ensure quality by following OOQ standards and using measuring equipment.
• Maintain machine and follow GMP/GDP practices and record data.
• Follow safety practices and report safety issues.
• Record activities on the job tracking system.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and escalate issues as needed.
