Oil States Piper Valve in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist II to operate and program CNC mills and lathes, producing precision parts to drawing specifications with safety and quality as priorities.

You will set up machines, select tooling, monitor speeds and feeds, measure work with micrometers and calipers, and collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in the operation, setup, and programming of CNC mills and lathes.
• Must obtain and maintain active OSI-OKC Piper certification to operate Class IV forklifts.
• Must obtain and maintain active OSI-OKC Piper certifications to operate cranes.

Responsabilidades

• Generate CNC programs with/without software, using correct speeds, feeds and depths of cut for the material.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts to drawings.
• Monitor speeds and feeds during machining.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematics and inspection tools.
• Align and secure fixtures, tools, and materials on machines.
• Maintain machines and tooling; support continuous improvement.
