Qualifications

Responsibilities

Set up and operate machine tools to machine parts.
Verify conformance of machined parts to specifications.
Measure parts to close tolerance using precision measuring devices.
Study specifications such as blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions.
Complete machine programming and set-up as required.
Analyze specifications and lay out metal stock; set up and operate machine tools; fit and assemble parts.
