Tecomet Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist I to operate CNC machines, ensuring parts meet specifications and quality standards. You will follow work instructions, perform routine maintenance, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety and GMP/GDP practices.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, adherence to 5S, and contributing to productivity targets within a team-oriented environment in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a production environment (E/D).
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• GCSE/NVQ Math and English is desirable (UK only).

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC machines within tolerances following work instructions and machine programs.
• Change dull tooling or make minor offsets and adjustments for tooling wear.
• Ensure product quality by OOQ standards and inspection reports.
• Perform routine maintenance per daily machine checklist and PM schedule.
• Perform hand finishing and adhere to GMP/GDP and proper documentation.
