WORKFORCE Employment Specialists, LLC is seeking a CNC machinist to operate CNC machines and produce parts. You will load inputs, run cycles, and monitor tool wear and malfunctions while maintaining a clean, safe work area.
The role requires reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and basic paperwork. Training occurs on first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with a pay of $17/hr, transitioning to second shift (3:00 PM–1:30 AM) at $19/hr. Full-time position with overtime as needed.
TRAINING IS REQUIRED ON FIRST SHIFT 7-3:30PM (PAY IS $17 WHILE ON FIRST) M-F AND MOVED TO SECOND SHIFT 3:00PM-1:30AM M-TH (PAY IS INCREASED TO $19/HOUR)
The CNC machinist operates computer numerical control machines to produce parts. The CNC
machinist loads inputs into the machine, cycles machine and detects malfunctions in machine
operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. The position runs production lots,
communicates with co-workers regarding productions runs, and maintains a safe, organized and
clean work environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving
mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud and
hearing protection is required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use
hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee will need to lift up to 50lbs.
This is a full-time position, 8-10 hours per day (depending on schedule) with overtime as
needed to meet production schedules. Training is required on first shift for a few weeks before moving to second.
