Responsibilities

• Produce machined parts by setting up and operating CNC grinding machines.
• Deburr turbine blades using soft abrasive wheels.
• Provide support to other machinists and supervisors to meet daily goals.
• Coordinate handoffs between second shift and with supporting departments.
• Troubleshoot problems and assist leads.
• Ensure clear handoffs and adherence to company policies.
• Train and instruct other employees as directed.
