Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in CNC mill/lathe setup and operation.
• Must pass forklift operator test.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Set up and calibrate machines, select tools, and load programs.
• Perform routine measurements with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain safety practices and document production and inspection results.
