MW Components, Inc. is seeking a Machinist to interpret work orders, set up and operate CNC machines, and ensure parts meet print specifications.

You will adjust tooling, document programs, and contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. The role requires at least 1 year of machinist experience, knowledge of GD&T, CNC programming basics, and the ability to work with titanium and other alloys.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and machining experience.
• Experience with GD&T, ISO/AS9100 knowledge, and basic CNC programming.
• Ability to read blueprints, inspect parts, and perform line setups.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret and execute work orders from drawings and specs.
• Load, operate and maintain CNC machines to print requirements.
• Make basic programs or tooling adjustments for compliance.
• Document programs and adjustments for future use.
• Meet tight tolerances and surface finishes, inspect parts.
• Document work in ERP and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in process improvements.
• Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and company policies.
