Qualifications

• Speak/read/write English.
• Have 1-2 years experience in a Machining environment.
• Highschool Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience using Mazak, DMG Mori, Okuma, and OKK machines.
• Working knowledge of fixturing, tooling, and machine setups.
• Experience reading and understanding complex blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate vertical/horizontal mills and lathes with minimal supervision.
• Perform setups independently focusing on fixturing and tooling.
• Read complex blueprints and manufacturing sketches.
• Record labor hours and production quantity in ERP.
• Ensure parts meet blueprint specifications and maintain quality.
