We are seeking a CNC Machinist I to join our Hemet, CA production team. The role requires at least 1 year of hands-on machining experience and involves operating CNC and/manual mills and lathes to produce precision components.

Responsibilities include setup, read blueprints, adjust tooling, measure parts, and perform in-process inspections, with overtime and occasional Saturdays. High School diploma or GED required; forklift experience a plus.

Formación

• Experience operating manual lathes or mills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of speeds, feeds, tooling, and machining fundamentals.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools and in-process inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC and/or conventional machining equipment to produce metal components to specification.
• Perform multiple setups and machine operations daily (production & prototype work).
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Adjust tooling, speeds, and feeds to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify tolerances.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, lean practices).
• Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift) as needed.
