CNC Machine Setup Set up and run CNC mills/lathes using conversational programming to produce highquality parts
Program Adjustments Edit programs and make realtime adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency
Blueprint Interpretation Read technical drawings to determine tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters
FirstArticle Verification Inspect initial parts and adjust setups to ensure conformance
InProcess Inspections Measure workpieces throughout production using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Documentation Complete production, quality, and compliance documentation accurately
Preventative Maintenance Perform and record maintenance on CNC machines and related equipment
Deburring Deburr machined parts to meet quality and safety standards
Shipping Support Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving as needed
1+ years experience operating CNC machines
Experience setting up mills/lathes with conversational programming
Blueprint Reading Skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and machining requirements
Machine Setup Proficiency Skilled in selecting tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters
Inspection Expertise Comfortable using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Attention to Detail Commitment to producing accurate, highquality components
Production machining environment with CNC mills, lathes, precision inspection tools, and standard shop equipment
First Shift: MondayThursday, 5:30 a.m.4:00 p.m.
Weekend Shift: FridaySunday, 7:00 p.m.7:30 a.m. (15% shift differential)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO.
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
