Qualifications

Responsibilities

CNC Machinist - 3, 4 & 5 Axis Setup/Operator

$30-$45/hr DOE

Schedule

1st and/or 2nd shift available

4/10 Schedule (Monday-Thursday)

Heavy overtime available

Mandatory Fridays, Saturdays optional

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Setup Operator with hands-on experience operating and setting up 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC mills . Candidates with CNC lathe experience are highly encouraged to apply. This is a production-focused machining role where the primary responsibilities include machine setup, tool changes, offset adjustments, troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and inspection of precision-machined components. Programming is not required , but candidates with Mastercam or CNC programming experience will be considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience machining tight-tolerance parts and be comfortable taking a job from setup through final inspection.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Aerospace, medical device, defense, or precision manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with Haas, Mazak, Mori Seiki, Okuma, DMG Mori, Makino, or similar CNC equipment.
  • Knowledge of Mastercam or CNC programming (not required).
  • Technical school, apprenticeship program, or equivalent machining training.
  • Experience machining complex parts with tight tolerances.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
